Acro Dance/Acro Cheer

Acro Dance/Acro Cheer A fun and challenging class Acro Dance/Chher combines cheer dance techniques with acrobatics moves. Classes are structured to enhance strength, balance and agility through a series of exercises using the mats. Depending on the age and ability, students will learn technique to perform a variety of acrobatic moves such as- splits, back walkovers, round offs and handstands; to hand springs, cartwheels, forward rolls, tucks and flips. Not only will you have these impressive tricks to add to your repertoire, but you will also learn to put them into dance routines.
